In-depth telephone interviews with verbatim transcript

This is one of our most in-demand services. Our recruiters record* a telephone interview using questions you provide (and which we can help you develop). We provide you with a verbatim transcript. This process:

• Gets you past the resume hype to what a candidate has actually done
• Reveals information about candidates' communication style and motivation -- how they work in addition to what they've achieved
• Drastically reduces the chances that meeting face-to-face will waste precious staff and management time

The screening puts you ahead of the game in determining where to commit scarce resources to a more in-depth exploration of the candidate. You can:
